Welcome to typical power 5 football staffs and remember 8.5 million is just guidelines. Then you ate faced with other schools atempting to outbidding for the services

Hesd coaches jumping back and forth and programs willing to payout old contacts ; support staffs going form programs to programs all have agents and teams willing to payout their old contracts.. players willing to tramsfer from team to team and tjey can negotiate for licensing agreements fo play for that particular team.
